Answer: At this time, we ship via the USA and Canada only. Due to complications in customs, and a few dishonest orders, we must decline credit card orders in other countries. We will gladly accept international money orders if your order is approved by us. Email us for details if you wish to proceed with an order via money order.
Q. Do you have a retail store?
Answer: No, we are strictly a mail-order, trade-show, and internet operation. 95% of the marketing, ordering and fulfillment phases have been automated, which means we can pass the savings on to YOU!!
Q. Do you have catalogs?
Answer: Because our selection changes so frequently, we do not offer catalogs. We do our best to introduce via the web, the most erotic styles offered on the market. If you don't see it, please ask! We will do our best to present other options to you.
Q: Are your products true to size? I usually wear a medium in regular clothes. Would I order the same size?
Answer: Absolutely. You would order the same size that you would order in any
other garment. Most of our lingerie and dancewear comes in one-size-fits-all, and some come in true to size categories. If you have any further questions about sizing, please feel free to email us and we’d be happy to help.
Q: I’m having a product shipped to my office but I don’t want my co-workers to see the package. How do you ship your items?
Answer: Our packages are shipped in plain boxes, or in some cases express mail every day postal envelopes. There is no wording on there that would suggest what type of package it is.
It would simply say: LLC, P.O. Box 652, Howell, New Jersey 07731 on the return address.
Q: I buy a lot of lingerie and clubwear for erotic adult functions that I attend. Do you offer discounts to dancers or clubs?
Answer: We offer a discount based system where frequent shoppers or
clubs/organizations approved by us would be offered a certain percentage discount once an established account has been set up. If you belong to an organization, club, or association that you feel would be interested in participating in this promotion, please ask them to contact us. In the meantime, please be sure to join our mailing list — we frequently send out complimentary discount coupons and offer special secret sales to our loyal members.
Q: I’ve heard so many stories about unsafe websites and credit card information being stolen. How do I know that your site is secure for my credit card transactions?
Answer: Our website uses the latest technology in data encryption for your protection. You will see a picture of a lock on the lower right corner of your browser in the checkout screen which signifies a secure site. If you are still hesitant, please feel free to phone, fax, or mail your order to us.
Q: I don’t have a credit card but I want to order something from your site. Do you ship C.O.D.?
Answer: We do not ship C.O.D. at this time. We do accept money orders and personal checks which can be mailed to us at: Lollipop Lingerie, L.L.C., P.O. Box 652, Howell, NJ 07731.
Q: How much do you charge for shipping? I want to order a few things but I don’t know how much the shipping will be?
Answer: In order to simplify shipping charges we have implemented the following policy. Orders up to $150.00 and delivered within the United States will be charged one low flat fee of $7.50 for standard shipping. Orders over $150.00 are shipped FREE! (Within the United States) Canada orders will be charged our standard low shipping rate of $8.50, plus a Canada Surcharge Fee of $10.00. International Orders will be quoted based on location.
Q: I'd like to buy some toys for my girlfriend so we can bring them on our trip to Hedonism in Jamaica, can you recommend any one or can you get them for us?
