Our customers are our number one priority here at Lollipop Lingerie. Our sales team will do their best to accommodate your needs. In order to keep our prices reasonable while supplying even the most discriminating buyer with top-notch service, we have implemented the following policies and services:
1. TERMS OF PAYMENT.
We will accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, United States Checks, or Money Orders issued in the United States. Upon your payment’s clearance of our bank, your order will be shipped. We do charge $30.00 for all returned checks in accordance with our bank’s fees and stipulations. All charge card transactions will be billed as "Lollipop Lingerie" on your credit card statement.
2. SHIPPING AND AVAILABILITY.
Please allow 1-3 weeks for shipment. All items are inspected for damage and quality before they are shipped to you. While we do our best to see that your order is handled in the most prompt method possible, circumstances beyond our control do not always allow us to guarantee delivery by a certain date. You can be assured, however, that we do monitor delivery status and we will be sure to notify you if we suspect any delays in shipment. We too have been on-line shoppers and realize how frustrating it can be when you are "waiting" for that certain item. We are with you on your order from start to finish. We will send you a confirmation at the time you place your order with an order number for future reference. Of course all orders are shipped in discreet packaging for your privacy. Shipping Charges: In order to simplify shipping charges we have implemented the following policy. Orders up to $150.00 and delivered within the United States will be charged one low flat fee of $9.95 for standard shipping. Orders over $150.00 are shipped FREE! (Within the United States) Canada orders will be charged a Canada Delivery Additional Charge of $20.00 in addition to our standard shipping rates. We no longer accept international orders unless prior arrangements have been made.

3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES.
All sales are final. Since our product line is considered intimate apparel and since 95% of our products are made-to-order, we strictly enforce our policy on "no returns". We will exchange shoes/boots for size only - if the item is available in other sizes- if requested within 5 days of receipt.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Please be sure to double check your size & color selection before placing your order.
All
shipping charges, including shipping incurred for authorized returns/exchanges will be the responsibility of the purchaser. We thank you in advance for your understanding and compliance with these standard

Any unauthorized returns/refused packages will result in a 15% re-stocking fee. We have the right to refuse any package.
4. SALES TAX.
The State of New Jersey, which is where our company is based, does not require sales tax on apparel. Please follow your own State's guidelines with regard to out of state purchases.
5. GIFT WRAP.
We are proud to present to you gift wrapping services at a low rate of $5.00 per item or outfit whichever may apply. Please be sure to check the appropriate box on the order form for each item that you would like gift-wrapped. You can be assured that our gift wrap center is equipped with all the trimmings for an elegantly decorated package sure to make the recipient smile!!!! Our signature "Lollipop" will of course also be included in the trimmings together with a personalized note card if requested by you. For privacy reasons, no invoice pricing will be included with gift purchases.
6. GIFT CERTIFICATES.
Can’t decide? Why not present your sweetheart with a Lollipop Lingerie Gift Certificate. To purchase a gift certificate, simply go to our check out stand, click on Gift Certificate and choose the denomination of your choice. If you'd like the gift certificate sent directly to the recipient, please be sure to include their email address that we may send them online notification and a mailing address so that we may send the original copy signed, dated and authorized to them if requested by you.
7. CUPID'S HELPERS.
Why not let one of our erotic enhancement specialists choose for you!! Simply write to us at "Cupid's Helper" with a theme idea. Our girls will work their magic to provide you with a couple erotic choices for your approval. Who knows -- we may even throw in the candles or fudge topping!!
